Eighty-two homes. One neighbourhood.
Amulya Homes is a gated villa community on four green streets off Saket Road. Its owners run it together through the Amulya Homes Owners Welfare Association.
A quiet, green place the owners look after themselves
Amulya Homes was built by Kamala Builders as a gated layout of duplex villas, with a front and a rear gate, a club house, a pool and a park. Since 2013 the owners have run it through an elected committee: they keep the roads, lights, water and security working, and they celebrate the year's festivals together.
- Cement-concrete roads laid by the owners in 2018–19
- A new 160 kVA transformer, funded by the villas in 2024
- Security at both gates, CCTV and solar fencing
- An open committee hour every Sunday, 10–11 am, at the club house

Everything a family needs, inside the gate
The common spaces belong to every owner, and the association keeps them in shape.
Four lanes, lined with trees
Every street was laid in cement concrete by the owners in 2018–19, and the avenue trees have grown up since.

Dues, visitors and notices, on your phone
Owners and tenants sign in to see what they owe and pay by UPI, let a visitor in from the gate with one tap, share a gate code with guests, and read the committee's notices and polls.
