Who we are

Amulya Homes Owners Welfare Association (Regd. No. 642 of 2014), Survey No. 191, G R Reddy Nagar, Saket Road, Kapra, Hyderabad 500062, is responsible for the data described here. The apps and this website run on the Yezba platform, which processes the data on the association's behalf.

Residents

For each villa we keep the owner's and any tenant's name, mobile number and email, who lives there, the dues raised, and the payments received. We use this to bill maintenance and funds, issue receipts, keep the association's accounts, let the gate reach you about your visitors, and send notices and polls. Only the committee sees other villas' records; you see your own.

Visitors

At the gate we record a visitor's name, the villa visited, the time in and out, and, if given, a mobile number and vehicle number. For a walk-in visitor the guard may take a photo, which only the house being visited is shown. Visit records, with their photos, are deleted after 90 days.

What we don't do

We do not sell or share personal data, show advertising, or use it for anything other than running the community. Monthly accounts and due lists go to owners only and are never published on this website.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent. Write to helpdesk@ahowa.org. Records the association must keep by law, such as its accounts, are kept for as long as the law requires.

This website

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Its photos show the community's common spaces and events; if you appear in one and would like it removed, write to the help desk.
