The heart of the community
The club house holds the meeting hall where the General Body meets, a banquet hall for family functions, guest rooms, a lift, the gym, table tennis and the association's office.

A pool and a baby pool
Restored in 2023, with lawn and floodlights added in 2024, and reopened for the 2026 season in March.
Green space for morning walks
A gazebo, lawns, a stone walkway and a walking track rebuilt in 2024. The owners planted 42 trees here in 2023, and the park lights came in 2024. Karthika vana bhojanam is held here every November.
Gym, courts and a play ground
The gym was repaired and the shuttle court reopened in 2024; a table-tennis tournament was held in 2026.

The things you don't notice, until they stop
Security at both gates
Guarded front and rear gates, CCTV, and solar fencing on the boundary wall. Visitors are checked in on the gate app and approved by the house they are visiting.
Power
A new 160 kVA transformer since 2024, the old one refurbished, new cabling on Street 02, and LED street lights.
RO water
A community RO plant for drinking water.
82 villas on four streets
Streets 01 to 04 run between the main gate and the rear gate, with the club house, pool and park in the middle of the layout.
