Run by the owners, for the owners
Amulya Homes Owners Welfare Association (AHOWA) is the registered body through which the 82 villa owners look after their community. Regd. No. 642 of 2014.
One for All, All for One
The owners adopted the association's bye-laws at their first General Body on 19 October 2013 and elected the first committee unanimously. AHOWA was registered the following year. Under its bye-laws it:
- maintains the common areas: roads, club house, park, pool and boundary wall
- runs the shared services: street lights, transformers, RO water, CCTV
- arranges security at the front and rear gates
- keeps up a healthy community life, with festivals and events through the year
Owners fund the work through monthly maintenance, and through special funds raised for large projects when the General Body approves them.
An elected committee, answerable to the General Body
Every owner is a member. The General Body meets at least once a year and elects an Executive Committee.
Executive Committee
President, Vice President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer and four Executive Members, elected by the owners.
General Body
The Annual General Meeting reviews the accounts, approves major works and special funds, and elects the committee.
Cultural Committee
Since 2024 an all-women team organises the festivals, contests and children's events.
Open books
Monthly accounts, receipts and the due list go to every owner, and each owner can see their own statement in the resident app.
Sunday office hour
The committee sits at the club house every Sunday, 10–11 am, for any owner or tenant.
Online since 2026
Dues, receipts, notices, polls and gate entry now run on the AHOWA apps.
