Yezba Living, the resident app

For every owner and tenant at Amulya Homes: what you owe, who is at the gate, and what the committee is saying. On Android, and in any phone or computer browser.

Screens show a sample society with made-up residents.

Your own login, from the committee

The committee adds your villa with your number and sends an invitation. Type the society address ahowa, your email and password; first time, use "Set it here" to choose a password.

  • Owners and tenants each get their own login
  • Own more than one villa? They all show in one place
  • Your phone number is never shown to the gate

Someone at the gate? Allow or deny, right there

When a visitor arrives without a code, the guard asks your house. The request shows on your home screen with who it is, the vehicle number, and how long the gate will wait.

  • One tap: Allow or Deny
  • A countdown shows how long the gate waits (3 minutes by default); after that the guard calls you
  • If the guard took a photo, you see it before deciding

Dues

See what you owe, and pay by UPI

The dues card shows the amount due now for your villa. "Pay by UPI" opens your UPI app with the association's account and the amount filled in, with no extra charge.

  • A full statement: every charge, every receipt, the running balance
  • Tenants see the monthly maintenance; owners also see owners' funds
  • Your receipt appears once the committee records the payment
Statement screen listing maintenance charges, a fund and receipts
Visitors

Expecting someone? Give them a code

Make a pass for a guest, a cab or a delivery and share its 6-digit code on WhatsApp or SMS. The guard types the code and lets them in, with no call to your phone.

  • Each code works once, until the time you set
  • Cancel a pass any time
  • The last 30 days of visitors to your villa: who came, when they came in and went out
Visitors screen with an expected guest's code, Share and Cancel, and recent visitors
Notices

The committee's notices, in one place

Water cuts, works, festivals and meetings: notices replace the long WhatsApp threads. Important ones stay pinned at the top, and notices can be for everyone or for one lane.

Polls

Vote on decisions, one vote per villa

When the committee needs the owners' view, it opens a poll. Each villa votes once, and the results appear when the poll closes, so early votes don't sway the rest.

Same app, in the browser

No Android? Use it on any phone or computer

iPhone users and anyone at a computer can open ahowa.org/resident and sign in with the same login. Dues, Pay by UPI, visitors, notices and polls all work the same.
