Getting started
How do I sign in as a resident?
The committee adds your villa with your mobile number and sends you an invite. Open the app (the society address is ahowa) or ahowa.org/resident, and sign in with the details from the invite. Owners and tenants each get their own login.
I'm a tenant. What will I see?
Your maintenance dues, your visitors, and the notices and polls for residents. Owner-only items such as special funds stay with the owner.
How do I install the Android app?
Tap "Download for Android" on this page from your phone. Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser the first time; allow it, install, then turn the setting off again if you like. On an iPhone, use the browser version: it does the same things.
Does the gate keep visitor photos?
A walk-in visitor's photo is shown only to the house they are visiting, and is deleted with the visit record after 90 days. See the privacy notice.
Who do I ask for help?
Write to helpdesk@ahowa.org, or come to the committee's Sunday office hour, 10–11 am, at the club house.
